STENA River Tours and Charters Inc. is a locally owned company, which is based in Guyana,
South America. Our company is the brain child of Nigel Lynch, who started the business in
2018, to allow him to share his love of nature, passion for boats, and the history of the Demerara
River.
Our focus is on providing a quality tourism product which fosters enjoyable experiences for both
domestic and international guests while also contributing to Guyana’s growing status as a
tourism destination of choice. Our tour packages are designed to showcase Guyana’s natural,
cultural and historical features as accessed by scenic boat rides along Demerara and Essequibo
Rivers.
