A. To secure your tour booking, payment must be made in full at least 48 hours before the scheduled date of the tour.
Payment cannot be made on the day of the tour. As several arrangements would have been put in place to execute a tour or charter, guest cancellation would incur a fee as is standard in the tourism sector. If a guest cancels 24 hrs. or more prior to the scheduled tour, 20% of amount paid would be refunded.
However, should a guest cancel less than 24 hours prior to departure, monies are non-refundable. In taking into consideration the reasons why a guest may have cancelled, the company may, at its discretion, offer the guest the option of transferring to another available date with a similar tour package.

B. Any person who books on behalf of other guests is seen as the principal contact for said booking and has taken the responsibility to:

• Honor all payments related to the selected tour activity and/or charter.
• Inform all guests of the terms and conditions related to the selected tour/ charter.
• Obtained all required consents from guests.
• Keep all parties (guests and Stena River Tours and Charters Inc.) informed should there be any changes in arrangements.

C. Guests are required to be at our departure location at least 15 minutes before the tour’s departure time. Stena River Tours and Charters Inc. reserves the right to cancel your participation in the tour if you are 30 minutes late. In such cases, payment made for the tour is non-refundable. In taking into consideration the reasons why a guest may have been late, the company may, at its discretion, offer the guest the option of transferring to another available date with a similar tour package.

D. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a tour or charter if the company deems it unfit or unreasonable to execute. In such  instances, the company will offer you the option of participating in another tour of similar value at a future date or 100% refund of monies you paid to Stena River Tours and Charters Inc. for said tour.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      

In the event that we are not able to commence or complete the tour/ charter due to instances of bad weather and other factors beyond our control, Force Majeure, we will make every effort to return you to the designated departure location. Please note tour costs would be non-refundable in such circumstances and we will not be held liable for any expenses you may have incurred (transportation, hotel accommodation etc.) in relation to said tour or charter.

By booking a tour/ charter:
          You agree to comply with all safety requirements including the proper use of personal protective equipment including but not limited to safety vests/ personal floatation devices and complying with the company’s no smoking policy. The company will not be held liable for any issue/ event that arises from the improper use and/or non-compliance by the tour participant.

By participating in a tour, you consent to your image/ pictures being used and/or reproduced royal free, for the purposes of marketing and the creation of promotional products.
